After 20 years producing BBC wildlife films and a lifetime of painting, Roger finally
overcame the call of the wild, and swapped his cameras for brushes.
He has tutored and demonstrated for many years throughout the UK, exhibits with
the ROI and RSMA, and writes for The Artist magazine.
No matter what your experience ('beginner' is not a word he uses), he hopes to introduce
you to his own methods as well as others.
He will offer new approaches and techniques that will inspire and enhance your own
work; to paint subtly or boldly, tackle the challenges of painting with one, two
or three colours, or many more; even painting with two brushes at once!
End-of-day one-to-one clinics, demonstrations and slide shows for all (including
interested walkers), will offer more insights, yet with the relaxed humour that
typifies our holidays.
