Arrival day
On arrival at our Hotel there’s time for a walk along the shore and an introduction to the week.

Golden sands and gardens
An exploration of the southern end of Tresco, discovering stretches of silver sands and the hidden treasures of the Abbey Gardens. Opportunities for close ups, landscapes and garden shots.

Castles and cliffs
A walk around the north of the island, taking in the rocky shores and the King Charles' and Cromwell's Castles. We will visit the sheltered bay of New Grimsby, with boats and the rich wild flora, our main subjects.

Samson and solitude
Uninhabited Samson provides superb views across the sea to Tresco and Bryher. We wade ashore from the boat so be ready to roll up your trouser legs! Over on Bryher we capture the views across Hell Bay where rollers off the Atlantic first meet terra firma.

Sweet St Martin's
St Martin's is a serene island with a very varied coastline.We walk up to the red and white striped 'Daymark' and then explore the tiny hamlets of Upper, Middle and Lower Town.

Separate St Agnes
St Agnes beckons, with its quaint cottages, lighthouse and the adjoining island of Gugh. Abandoned fishing boats and the most westerly pub in Great Britain invite investigation.
