The diversity of Spain in terms of landscape, history, culture, architecture and flora mean that we are spoilt for choice in terms of subject matter. Even within the same regions, there can be a richness of contrasts and variety.

We offer a painting holiday in three different areas of Andalucia each of which has something quite unique. From the shimmering white villages and extraordinary flora of Grazalema to the timeless charms of Subbetica and the drama of the Alpujarras, each trip offers its own very distinct images and memories.

We also run art holidays in Catalonia and Mallorca where a week is barely long enough to capture all that is on offer!

After years of running art holidays in Spain, we know the best locations and the optimum time of day to capture them. That means that you can relax, get truly absorbed in the subject matter – and paint! All our tutors are chosen for their professionalism and experience in teaching different media including watercolour, pastel, acrylic, oils, mixed media and drawing. They are extremely committed and friendly and want the best for everyone. They teach for a total of 6-8 hours per day although you are of course free to take as many breaks as you wish!
