Whatever your preferred method of travel, for the convenience of all, we have common
collection points which are at the destination airports.
We appreciate the convenience of flying from your local airport and therefore our
staff will meet you from your chosen flight. Please read carefully the exact arrangements
for your destination on this page.
Please follow our travel arrangements as we are unable to keep the groups waiting
for individuals. Therefore, if you arrive after the specified time you will need
to make your own way to your destination hotel. We have chosen these times to give
you as much choice of local flights as possible and to ensure arrival at your hotel
in plenty of time before dinner.
To help you find the best flights we have a close association with Carrick Travel
of Chipping Norton, a licensed and bonded travel agent. Their telephone number is
01608 641983 and they will be very happy to assist you in your
search for a suitable flight.
Once you arrive at the destination airport we will take your luggage, leaving you
free to relax before your coach departs. Please note that lunch is not provided
by us on the arrival day, however there are restaurants or cafés in each airport.
If you prefer to travel by train, then the rail stations are usually well-linked
to the airports – our common meeting points for all modes of transport. Train travel
is particularly appropriate for our new trip to Provence with a direct service from
London.
