Sharing holidays with partners with different interests

Many of our guests appreciate the chance to share holidays with friends and partners while engaging in different activities.

Many of our holidays are designed specifically with this in mind. You will therefore find several weeks in most of our locations where walking and painting holidays run concurrently.

Additionally there are some locations where photography runs concurrently with one of our Yoga holidays and also where painting runs concurently with one of our shorter walking holidays - Walking with Flowers.

We have also noticed over the years that many of our guests, irrespective of whether they have partners, enjoy sharing the evening with others who have spent the day seeing other sites and engaging in different activities.

Many guests ask if they can switch between activities during the week.

If you would like to do this we ask that you book a painting or photography holiday - history has shown us that while walkers are always happy to welcome a couple of painters or photographers (assuming they are sufficiently fit), painters and photographers do not welcome the arrival of a walker as this reduces the amount of tutor time available to them.
