Excellent hotel and first class guide

The hotel was perfect for the type of holiday - comfortable rooms excellent public spaces and staff and very wide choice of food. It also absorbed the group without overwhelming other guests.

We couldn't have had a more accommodating or knowledgeable pair of leaders. Their enthusiasm was infectious and their sensitivity to the various needs of the group was unfailing.

That is truly a beautiful landscape, and fine walking country. David and Jo, with their local knowledge and expertise in natural history, made it the more interesting. As to venue, we would comment that the hotel is certainly comfortable, with a most welcome swimming-pool, and with stunning views.

I had never been to mainland Spain before, never been with AA and never been on a walking holiday. I am now a major fan of all.

Angel filled the holiday with snippets of information about Spanish culture, cusine, language and history which really made this holiday so good.

Angel's enthusiasm, energy and commitment/ dedication to ensuring our enjoyment of the holiday was absolutely exemplory.

Very enjoyable holiday. Chris was very good company and adaptable - he suited the walks to the groups ability such that we were out everyday till at least 6pm. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in with AA, Victor and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. As always with AA holidays I have returned home wiser than when I left.

Our guides gave their all - invaluable contributions to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It was excellent and just what I needed to help me improve my digital photography.

I came as an unsure client who came home feeling much more confident to try other settings. Peter was a people person who made us all gel together as a group. It was a great three days and much enjoyed.

As complete beginner I found the balance of technical, practical and artistic information just right. I enjoyed the option of experimenting on my own and/or seeking one to one tuition on the field trips.

I liked the short journeys between photo locations thus giving plenty of time "in the field". Choice of locations was excellent and varied. The weekend timetable was well balanced.

When I got used to Paul's style I learnt what a great man he is! Mario was brilliant and a great help. Your Italian liasion people were excellent. Cinzia and Mario were active, intelligent, thoughtful, cheerful and extremely kind. We learned a great deal about Italy, its people, wine and food.

I honestly can't think of any way in which the holiday could be improved. The tutors enthusiasm was infectious and I came away feeling I had really learned so much.
